We love our swords and we are certain you will too. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can put in a claim for a return within 5 days of receipt. Please make sure the sword is unused and has its original packaging. If you send the sword back to us, we can give you a full refund. Custom and engraved swords can not be returned as these swords were made specifically for you. If anything is missing from your package or damaged in transport this will be fixed and replaced by us.
